New players who wish to play for a Bonivital team this indoor season must attend the evaluation for their respective age group. Please email for asssessment information


You must register in your birth year group regardless of what age group your child played with in the past.

  • Please note: the Player Registration cost does not include the kit cost.
  • 2020 outdoor players do not need to purchase a new kit. 

All current 2020 Outdoor Bonivital players may register.
If you are not currently playing on a Bonivital outdoor team (2020) and are interested in playing for the indoor season, you may not regsiter until your child has been assessed. Please email for asssessment information


Registration for the indoor season closes at midnight on Friday, September 25th. Registrations may be accepted after September 25th, but must be done through the Bonivital office and will be subject to a $50 late fee.

The registration fee must be paid online at time of registration. There is no offline payment option. If you exit the registration form without making payment, the system will automatically cancel the registration and your child will not be registered. Players will not be allowed to participate in the WYSA season until all fees are paid and current.


Families Requesting Financial Assistance or an Installment Payment Plan
If you will be applying for financial assistance to pay your fees, please exit the registration system immediately (your registration will be cancelled) and contact us at the Bonivital office no later than Monday, September 21st to register your child and confirm payment arrangements. Forms to apply for financial assistance are available at  We can be reached by email at  Please be advised that any player who requires the installment payment plan will be subject to a $25 installment fee.



The following instructions are for registering a player who has previously registered to a Bonivital program & for those who have never registered to a Bonivital program previously.

  • Once there, click on '2020/2021 Indoor - Player Registration' from the drop-down menu beneath the 'New Player Registration' tab
    • Select 'Yes' to 'Are you a returning player?'
  • Log in using your child's information - name, DOB, and access code. If you do not know your child's access code, click on the blue 'What's my access code' link to retrieve it by email. If you have any issues, please email us at
  • Once logged in, please complete steps 1-4 of the registration form
    • Select 'No' to 'Are you a returning player?'
  • Complete all four steps of the registration form
  • Contact the office by email at if you encounter any issues.


Return to Participate Waiver

All parents registering their child to play soccer in Manitoba must sign the MSA Waiver Release form before they can register to play soccer in Manitoba. This liability waiver has been provided to us by the MSA. All participants that have previously registered with Bonivital Soccer for the outdoor 2020 season must sign and present the completed waiver prior to their first on-field training session. These must be turned in to the team coach or manager. The waiver can be found HERE

Those parents registering online will complete a digital acknowledgement of the waiver prior to being allowed to proceed with their child's registration.

Respect in Sport Parent Program

As a reminder to all parents registering a child at Bonivital Soccer - new in 2020, Bonivital Soccer requires every "registering" parent or guardian to have a valid Respect in Sport Parent certification number. The online course takes less than an hour to complete, and can be found at Respect in Sport Parent Certification Program.
