2018 Outdoor Soccer Registration

*Invitations to register are being sent out during the period from February 21 to March 2. 

 

1. WHO MAY REGISTER

You may register your child only if he/she attended the 2018 Player Evaluations and subsequently received an invitation by email to register. The invitation email will include a link to the online registration form. Click on this link in the email to access the form and register your child. 

2. REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
The full registration fee must be paid online at time of registration. There is no offline payment option. If you exit the registration system without making payment, your registration will be automatically cancelled and your child will not be registered. If you will be applying for financial assistance or requesting a deferred payment plan you need to contact the club prior to registering - see instructions in item 7 below. 


3. 2018 OUTDOOR REGISTRATION FEES

  • Ages U9 and U10 - $440/player
  • Ages U11 and U12 - $540/player
  • Ages U13 to U17 - $640/player

The registration fee includes all league and club fees and a full player kit (jerseys, shorts and socks and training t-shirt). U9 to U12 players also receive a soccer ball as part of their kit. All player kits are the property of the player. 

4. REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The online registration deadline is March 16th. Registrations may be accepted after the deadline but they will need to be processed in-person at the club office, and will be subject to a $50 late fee.


5. HOW TO REGISTER - RETURNING PLAYERS
Click on the link to the registration form included in the email invitation you received from the club. You will be redirected to the registration form.
 

You will then be required to log in. Select "Yes" to the "Are you a returning player?" question. Enter your child's log in information, including name, birth date and access code. If you do not know your child's access code, click on the blue "what's my access code" link to retrieve it. Note: the system will email the access code to the email address you have listed for your child. 

Once logged in, complete all four steps of the registration form. Note that you must pay your full fees online prior to submitting your registration.

 
6. HOW TO REGISTER - NEW PLAYERS
Click on the link to the registration form included in the email invitation you received from the club. You will be redirected to the registration form.
 
You will then be required to log in. Select "No" to the "Are you a returning player?" question. Then enter your child's name and complete steps 1 through 4 of the registration form. Note that you must pay your full fees online prior to submitting your registration.
 
7. FAMILIES REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR A DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN
If you will be applying for financial assistance to pay your fees, or wish to set up an installment payment plan, please exit the registration system immediately (your registration will be cancelled) and contact Laura Restiaux at the Bonivital office no later than Monday, March 12th to register your child and confirm payment arrangements.
